First of all, the shipping was good and it arrived in good shape. Cleaning is it’s a strong point. It takes about 2 minutes to clean it and it’s as easy as it gets.
Initially had some issues with the settings it came with. Glen was very helpful and guided me through the settings to make changes. After the changes were made burn times improved. Efficient and blows warm air. I was heating approx 1000 sqft with high cathedral ceiling. Is cleaner to use and more convenient than a wood stove.
